This policy sets out ID – Digital Consulting commitment to preventing and combating corruption and provides guidelines for preventing, detecting, and addressing corruption in all its forms.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders of ID – Digital Consulting, as well as to all activities carried out on behalf of the company.

To prevent corruption, we will take the following measures:
- Policies and Procedures: We will develop and implement policies and procedures that promote transparency, accountability, and integrity and that provide clear guidance on ethical behavior, conflict of interest, and reporting of suspected cases of corruption.
- Due Diligence: We will conduct due diligence on our contractors, partners, and stakeholders, requiring them to comply with our anti-corruption policies and procedures.
- Training and Awareness: We will provide training and awareness-raising activities to our employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities in preventing and combating corruption.

Detection and Investigation
To detect and investigate suspected cases of corruption, the EU will take the following measures:
- Monitoring and Auditing: We will monitor and audit our activities to detect and prevent corruption and conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of corruption.
- Reporting and Investigation: We will require employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected corruption cases and will investigate these cases thoroughly and impartially.
We will impose appropriate sanctions on anyone found to have engaged in corruption, including but not limited to disciplinary measures, termination of contracts, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
